Our account get charged $ for going over the target amount. ISSUE: Without using the phone service, we pass the required amount. ISSUE: With a NEW Amount, We get a Overage Charge almost immediately!**About * weeks ago someone was kind enough to explain the issue of service running in the "background". Since then we make sure that we shut those down immediately finishing the call. STILL we now receive overage charges.**If this continued overcharge can't be resolved, how do we change providers? This has become a "domestic stress issue".
