I need to speak to a supervisor or manager as I have already spent hours chatting with two different representatives from Verizon to try to fix my international calling plan. I have been traveling for ** hours and have just arrived in London in the last * hours. My phone is not working I cannot call local numbers in the United kingdom and I cannot reach most people in the United States and I cannot call anyone *** numbers in either country. I followed the instructions of the original representative that was helping me named Liz. She said that she put extensive notes in your computer systems so that I didn't have to continue to repeat myself as I sort help because she asked me to power down my phone and remove the SIM card wait ** seconds put it back in and power up the phone again. I did so then I got a customer service representative to chat with me named Dominic. eventually he never came back into the chat and I did not get any resolution despite the promises from. both of them. I would prefer to be sleeping at this point or getting something to eat but I am desperate to get in touch with my elderly father who is in surgery and also to call some local numbers to make arrangements for tomorrow. please help me now. I do not wish to speak with another agent. I wish to speak with a supervisor or a manager that can fix this problem now. Thank you. You can call me on my cell at *** * * * * * * *.
