i have switched over to a iphone * plus that i purchased from my friend. i put my sims card inside of it and it didn't automatically work. i looked up the phone number to call (****-***-****) it told me that my account was frozen because my account was reported stolen. i went threw the process of having my account unlocked but im guessing it did not work because its still telling me the same thing. when i put the sims card inside of my old phone its saying the same thing now but it was just working so i dont understand how i reported it stolen and why my pre-paid service isnt working for the phone.
GetHuman-leejanae did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
