My landline constantly is DEAD. A technician has been out several times, repairs it and a week or so later, the line is dead again. The issue is clearly on the pole and one technician stated the lines are very old and should be replaced. I also received a exorbitant service charge. The technician told me that there is no charge if the problem is pole related (the problem was on the pole). I paid the bill and need to be credited for the service charge. I am quite frustrated and need resolution for phone service and a credit applied to my account for the service charge.
GetHuman-sdeprimi did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
