i have a family plan paid **.** on ***-***-*****paid **.** on ***-***-***** with different cards they are now disconnected have no way to speak to anyone this is my only wat of communicating messages are showing where payments are made so why am i still disconnected I am disappointed and if my phone is not on in an hour I will change carriers I am on call and having to sit in a hotel lobby constantly checking with my job
