My elderly parents called to have a technician come out to fix the "humming" on their phone lines. They have two phone lines, one they use as a fax machine. When the technician came out, he identified the problem and fixed it for the one phone line. When my parents asked about the *nd line, he claimed that he was NOT allowed to fix the *nd line because he did NOT have a job ticket for the *nd line. My parents have been customers since **** and have never been told that they have to have * seperate job tickets when they call in for a repair, besides, how would they know something like that. The technician actually fixed the one line, then pointed to the spot where the other line was having the probem and said he knew how to fix it but that he wasn't going to fix it because he did NOT have a ticket! It was and is ridiculous. I want to speak to a Supervisor concerning this situation as well as other concerns that I have over this job!
