The issue in GetHuman-schultzn's own words
Told them I needed * phones unlimited, and wireless internet with a minimum of ** mgbts. ... I have been lied too by a russell comunications and have talked to their district manager but still not resolved. I told them I had a $*** budget a month and i needed * phones, wireless internet with a low of ** mbps and I was told no problem and I've had Bill's of $*** plus. I'm on disabity and cant afford what they have done. I about ready to go to attorney.*
