Companies like Verizon often have Early Termination Fees if you are in a contract. A contract length of one to two years will change the amount of the ETF. If you are out of contract we suggest you cancel your services with Verizon at the end of the billing cycle to save money.

Landline number ported over to AT&T was unauthorized. I placed an order with Verizon to restore my service with the same number that was transferred without my permission. When I talked to a customer service rep-they said that I didn't have the right order number which had been provided to me when I passed the reverification process. My service has been disconnected since *-**-**. How can I resolve this issue before finally cancelling my contract with Verizon that I've had since *-**-****?
