If you believe you have been overcharged on your billing please review the previous months bill and the new bill to compare where the charges may have come from. A small increase may be a result of an change in taxes in your area.

OMG, I have been dealing with the same wifi issue since JUNE with Verizon. I spent almost * hrs earlier just on hold waiting for a CSR in billing. I finally gave up after briefly chatting with an online rep. I'm so disgusted with Verizon, I'm thinking about leaving after all these years. The only resolution I feel is acceptable is a major credit on my account. This has been ridiculous. I've spent countless hours on the phone, had * techs come out (* was * hours late, supposed to be there * am -** noon and he didn't come until almost * pm, really messed up my schedule), the *nd tech assured me the wifi was fixed and it wasn't, I spent an hour and a half talking to an abroad CSR tech on the phone who told me it would most definitely be fixed and I was set...NOPE. I also spoke to a female CSR and went thru the whole story with her and she said she was going to call me a month later in August to discuss the credit and my account...the call never came. Like I said, HOURS & HOURS---WASTED. Tech “Jeff” left voice mail regarding open trouble report **** to say he corrected speed of wifi, it should have been * and it was *.*. Unbelievable. Ellen Holt
