I have experienced extraordinarily poor service from Verizon FIOS trying to resolve an issue. After numerous calls--totaling more than *.** hours--the issue is not resolved.**I want to speak with a senior manager. I've spoken with first-line phone reps and supervisors several times in both Billing*Sales and Repair. **I am ready to cancel and go with Comcast if I don't get the issue resolved. I do not want a ticket * or meaningless apologies.**I need someone to call me at ***-***-****--not email.
