I have a second home located at *** Dogwood Avenue*Huntsville, TX ******This location had superior service a few years ago, so much so that I switched from ATT to Verizon, then something happened and the service quality went down but was still manageable. In the last year the service is so bad that it is hard to make a voice call, send text (especially if there is pictures or any file attachments), and searching the web is enough to make me want scream! I have called the customer support number to report it but have never gotten any relief. I am using an iPhone X that I purchased from Verizon as well as the iPhone X for my wife. I have an unlimited plan but I’m not able to justify the plan with such horrible service at my second home. I am told by customer service representative that I am in a forested area and that that is the problem, but whenever it was that I switched to Verizon (check your records), the service at that location was excellent! Please help restore my service to its level so I can use the service to its fullest. I feel like I’m only able to use **% of my service and paying ***% of my bill. All of my neighbors in the same subdivision with Verizon are experiencing the same problems but they don’t want to call customer service and stay on hold for an extended period of time, so I am trying this route because I don’t either
