My sims card is defaulted and I'm currently waiting for a new one to arrive. It's been like this for quite some time now. I have discussed this issue with a representative and they have agreed to credit my account in full for * months and have done so the previous * months. I'm just giving a friendly reminder that my account isn't credited and the bill is due tommorow. If you could please take care of this it would be appreciated. Thanks
