I was texted * days ago that I ran out of data allocated by my Verizon plan. I ran out because I moved into a new address and my internet is not hooked up yet. I have and am using my personal hotspot in the meantime. *I went to the VERIZON store in Rancho Santa Margarita and asked for more data. I was told by Marcello: “don’t worry, you will automatically be given * Gig of data and charged $**” . That DID NOT HAPPEN. I am on some sort of Safe mode so I WAS able to login to my Verizon. When I “pushed” the ‘Add more data’ button, nothing happened.*THAT is why I went IN PERSON to the store, * days ago, so I could get more data until my internet is hooked up at my new location!!!!! My plan rolls over or my new billing period starts tomorrow but THAT IS NOT THE POINT!!!! The POINT is, I have a “once in a decade” situation where I TEMPORARILY need a block of data to continue doing my business and I can’t seem to get that to happen with Verizon - despite going IN PERSON to ask and pay for more data!!!**I DONT WANT YOU TO EMAIL ME!!!!**I want a small block of data added to my account NOW so that I can get on with my business. THANK YOU**PLEASE CALL ME to resolve this issue or EMAIL ME A PHONE NUMBER OF SOMEONE AT VERIZON WHI WILL RESOLVE THIS - WHAT SEEMS LIKE A SIMPLE ISSUE. why is this so difficult?
