During storm on Sunday evening, power was lost for approximately * minutes. Our landline was disconnected at that time. The electric still works, so the phone is keeping accurate date and time* however, there is no dial tone. My next door neighbor, who also has Verizon land line service, is indicating that her phone works. Phone number for account is ***-***-****.
I trust that Verizon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
