My account * is ***-***-***-****-**. I called Verizon and the representative ,in my opinion, was rude and rather than address my concerns he told me that he has Comcast at home and I am better off with Verizon. He sounded as if he was irritated with me for questioning the fact that my bill had increased. I have been a Verizon customer for years and at this point I think that I just might be better off changing over to Comcast!!!
GetHuman-accboll did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
