I've been having problems with my cell phone service since I had it. I can't make outgoing calls and many call drops. The screen freezes a lot. I have taken my phone back after the first day and was told "I would lose my phone number .I took my phone another time and was told there were glitches in the system. My real estate business have been affected greatly. I have an I phone ** and it's been the worst. I need a working phone with the *G service that I was promised. I also need compensation for losing business and for my personal inconvenience .Please reply in detail about my concerns.
