I had to buy a different phone and it was not Verizon it was AT and T because Verizon did not have the phone I wanted that day, I need a phone as I am an on call nurse. I looked in several stores and you advertised it in several stores but nowhere could I find that phone. So I went with AT and T. My Verizon phone will not let me on as it is completely fried. I have not used it since early last week. The sim card is locked and the screen is damaged making it impossible to put in my code. My number is *** *** **** I do not know what my account number is and I can not log on as it tries to send my phone a code.... well my phone is broken and I can not get to the code. I need my phone off so I do not get charge again by March **th. The email associated with my account is *****@***.com
