I have paid Verizon on ********** $***.** for billing of mobile wireless services and I believe Im billed for the phone I lost and the new phone Samsung Galaxy S**FE*G*I lost THE OLD PHONE *aPixelXL in September ****. I Paid off the contract $***.***My Regions statement has payment code: Vzwrlss*ivr Ve**** ***-***-****FL ***** (**** ending bank card)* October. The billing was reactivated by a collection agency MME who took the phone number away. *Verizon recovered my phone number ***-***-**** while I'm standing in their Wilton Manors office and I paid the bill off with my Regions check visa card ending ****.**Since ******* I'm overcharged billed monthly for * phones. I have Samsung and Verizon come up on my phone. Please help. I am so tired of not getting the customer service rep to correct my billing. They continue to say do not see the payment made of $***.***I am billed $***. and now $***.**. When I deduct $*** monthly plan I get the same amount I paid $***.**.*please help. I am not able to call them my battery isn't working and the charger I borrowed is very slow.
