I don't have a working number after paying for service. and who charged my card without my consent when I was told my new sim would be free I already paid for my severe on **********. I will be following up with customer service as soon as they open but I do expect a person to contact me asap about the concern I have for why automatic payment are being takin on a prepaid account that I did not authorize. My contact number is ********** *My account email is *****@***.com but I do t have access to it because I can't access my number until this sim card arrives below I listed my other email but I prefer a phone call back assell as an email thank you.
