I bought a plan at walmart in Oneida ny. around the * th of august, your rep at that store lied to me about the contract. i returned the phone for a full refund and called customer service when i got my first bill which i paid ***.** on aug.**th . your customer service cancelled my account since i was within the satisfaction guarantee period and said she was going to refund my money and never did ! she apparently also lied to me as that money has still not been returned to me. Also I am still receiving a bill for ***.** dollars !!! I owe you nothing !! you owe me ***.** . walmart gladly took your phone back no problems. and called corporate to alert them that i was the *rd person returning a verizon phone that week because of your lying sneaky rep filling bogus contracts and ******** people over. the number given to me was ***-***-**** account no.*********-***** I have no problems calling my lawyer. please do the right thing !
