local vzw store backed up original s** and migrated data on my insurance replacement s** phone,*i had important video text message for A criminal court case that had migrated from my s* to my s**.**some reason it did NOT migrate from the original s** to the new s**.**the original s** has since been mailed back and returned to asurion.**i have already gone through the motions and exercise's of messaging * restore.**verizon cloud,*vtext, *etc.**what or whom do i need to speak to about getting the messages restored?**i no longer have my *st s**, for it has been sent back to asurion. my replacement asurion *does NOT HAVE the MMS video text.**i am tech savvy.*does the verizon cloud bckup entire restoreable device images, so that i can possibly restore from that backup?**OR*WHO do i need to call, email about setting in motion of a verizon wireless restore from backup?**timeframe AND sender contact info:****-***-*****end of june **** until *********please HELP ME!**thank you for your time.**please feel free to call me on my landline.*****-***-****
