Don't have an active phone since I am trying to port my number from Total Wireless to Verizon prepay. I completed the sign up online (Sunday) and learned today that you claim I have an unpaid bill from previous account, which I am unaware of. I need to get in touch with someone that can help me get my number ported, so I have an active number.
