moving my mobile service from greatcall to verizon. trying to port my old number to verizon (**********) was told they need my password from greatcall to prove my identy. cannot get through on **********. waited over * hour. my old password on greatcall was Airbus***@*** can you get this info to the port people. need my old number ported and my new phone activated asap. going on trip out of state. thanks
