I purchased a google phone from this store (Vestal NY). Unfortunately, this phone only lasted ** months. Verizon replaced the phone with no problems. However i purchased an expensive screen protector that I should be reimbursed for. I went into the store and the manager "Moe" said there was nothing they could do. He tried to blame me for not taking the original screen protector off. Really?. When I would not except that ridiculous excuse then he blamed the warranty department. Then he went down a road that no manager should go down. He started to lecture me on how and what I should say when talking to him about my concerns. Eventually he took *$ dollars off the new screen protector. I was not going to have another debate so I took the offer and left(which was an insult for an offer) I was not trying to get something for free. I paid for it on the first phone that did not last even a year. This phone failed due to it being defective. Why should I have to pay for another screen protector on a phone they sold me that was defective? The bottom line is Verizon should have replaced the phone and the screen protector at no cost to me. It is too bad that Verizon does not truly understand customer service. I pay over $*** dollars a month for services with this company. Maybe it is time that I start looking at other carriers for my phone service.
