The new jet pack we just purchased has not been consistent with providing internet. Sometimes it says no service yet the internet works fine. Other times it says full bars and none of my devices can locate it. It’s slower than molasses. The previous jet pack we had was awesome and we never had any of these issues. It is super aggravating and annoying. Why have it if you can’t use it? I end up having to use my hot spot on my phone and I shouldn’t have to. It turns the internet stream off in the middle of use. It’s horrible. We took the Verizon store in Sandusky in Sunday. The representative at the door was a jerk and very impatient. He said it had to do with the tower closest to where we live. He said he couldn’t help us. So we live in Bellevue Ohio *****. This needs corrected. My patience with your device is very limited and I am at the point that I want to return it and get a full refund. It hasn’t worked consistently since the day we bought it.
