Got a new phone Tuesday to replace my broken phone. Took it to Verizon store to get info switched. He did not clear out my other phone that I was to send back. Took it back up today and different rep fixed everything immediately. However in order to get the phone returned to you within * days I had to pay an extra $**.** at the UPS store. I don't think I should have to pay this because if the first rep would have done his job correctly the phone would have been mailed back immediately. I would like my money refunded as I already pay enough monthly to float a boat. Thank you.
