You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

correct billing error ... My account is *********-***** and my number is *** ***-****. I received my bill for service on ****-****. I remitted my payment on *-**-****. It was check number **** for $**.**. My next months bill was for $**.**. It included a late charge of $* plus tax. Since I had sent my check on *-** I ignored the late charge and paid my normal monthly amount and placed an explanation on the stub. Calling you is a waste of time. I just received my September bill and see another $* late charge plus the previous late charge. What the He.. is going on? Tried to call in. After ** minutes I realized it would be a waste of time.

Give me the late charge credits as I did not pay late. My guess is your billing system is all screwed up.
I am not a good customer. I am about to start writing letters to get it corrected and copying the BBB,
