I changed service and told I could make payments on my account. The entire amount came out of my account due to being set up on auto pay. I was assured that it would not happen. My account was disconnected and I wasn't able to remove the automatic payment information. I never received a final bill. I would like the money to be returned and allow me to make payments which is what I was told I could do. No one ever said anything to me about the promise to pay. I was assured that this would not happen. Now I am in a bind because my other payments to companies will bounce. Thank you!
