You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-jmskeva's own words
I been a customer for about * years and you disconnected my service because I choice the wrong payment and concealed it and arranged one payment instead of * months payment I called customer service and the lady I talked to said the would reinstall my service she sent me to some else and that women said I need to pay another payment which I couldn’t understand why when it was a human mistake it’s not very good customer service they way a long standing customer is treated I WILL NEVER recommend your company to anyone ever again because I was stupid and made a mistake I am paying the ultimate price missing a call from my doctor to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment because my injections were not in yet so I made a trip to the doctors for nothing I guess that’s how you treat clusters that been with you forever nice Verizon glad I never switch my cable to Fios like I was thinking about
