I was talked down to, lied to, and interrupted to say the least and I'm very upset I asked to talk to a supervisor who did not even take the time to listen to what I had to say instead started talking over me and hung up in my face and I have a witness he's an unbiased witness who listen to everything that was said and I would also like to speak with Verizon wireless about this problem. To say this is not even touch the reason why I was calling Verizon wireless in the first place
