I want the charges for the upgrade fee taken off and the plan fee taken off the bill.I don"t need the plan changed from what I have already. ... I lost my cell. bought a new phone Kyocera DuraXVLTE . I was charged an upgrade fee of **.** and a basic plan fee UNLTD talk & text Plus ***mb for **.** and all i wanted to do was put my new phone on my existing plan i already have. I have my wifes phone on that same plan. I just had the old plan updated a few months ago. why was this change to my account made? I want both phones on the same old plan. The other phone number is ***-***-****.
All I did was change phones.
All they have to do is take off the upgrade fee of **.** and the **.** plan fee and leave me on the plan i already have
I have been a Verizon customer for ** plus years.
My first attempt to solve this problem and hope it is my last. Thank You Boyd Yoder
