I have had issues with being sent the wrong product and while I have long returned the product and it has been received, no one is adjusting my bill. I have called about the same issue * times. I was told that everything was being handled, then when I saw that it was not, I would call back and find that no notes were ever made on my account and I have to go through the same lengthly explanations over and over again. No one has been empathetic to my time and distress and my issue is still unresolved. I am told repeatedly that I cannot speak to a manager and that all the various departments involved in my case do not communicate with one another. They have not removed the charges from my current bill or my future bill scheduled to hit at the beginning of April. No one has reached out to me to apologize for all of this madness, instead I am left with a huge bill to sort out. I am told everything is up to this imaginary warehouse staff who may or may not adjust my bill.
