I have a Motorola Z*, the volume had decreased, despite having the settings at the max. The tech coach suggested that I restart the phone. When I did that, the tech coach feature was erased. I tried to reinstall the apps I'd lost, but I am unable to open many of the features that allow it. I also am getting pop ups that interfere with normal usage. I no longer get my email on my phone. One of the techs at the Verizon store told me that the phone is still under warranty, and to get a new one, but Verizon doesn't have a customer support number to speak to a person
