My issue is I have a brand new phone thats I bought that's a Verizon Samsung Galaxy phone prepaid.Ihave not activated it yet. My service is through boost Mobile and I'm wondering why it has to be unlocked if it has not been activated I need assistance with this issue

I just want someone to unlock the **** phone so I can use it
I'm a good customer because I pay my bill every month on time and I refer friends
