If you are having device or service issues with your phone then you should bring the phone into the closest Verizon store. You can find the closest Verizon store by using this link here https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores/. Bring your phone and account information with you to the Verizon store and they should be able to help you.
The issue in GetHuman-randdpar's own words
I have my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S* paired (Bluetooth) with my **** Toyota Avalon radio. A few months ago the radio displayed STOPPED and then "No Bluetooth device found" and "Bluetooth Off". Toyota replaced the radio ($***). A month or so later it happened again and Toyota replaced the radio again. A few minutes later it happened again and Toyota replaced the Extension Box ($***). A couple days later it happened again. My phone pairs and works great with * other devices, BUT my wife's phone a Samsung Note * and two I-Phones at the dealership work just fine with the car radio. Along the way we have deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, tried a different app, updated the software in the radio and the extension box. The last thing the Toyota factory said to do is a "full system reset" or a "factory data reset" on the phone. I stopped at a Verizon store (not corporate) for some help doing that and the guy there said that would be a waste of time, and he has never seen that fix anything.*My question is, is my phone still under warranty and if it is, is this an issue that the warranty would cover? My phone number is ***-***-****.
