I cannot get a human being on the phone at your company no matter how hard I try or which options I choose! It's particularly insulting to receive "I'm sorry YOU'RE having troubles. Good bye! (click)" This is horrible customer service. How am I to do this? My bill is already paid, but I need to update my credit card. I will not enter this information over the internet. Why can't Verizon make this easier?
