We are a company that resells Ipads, phones, etc... We actually rent to own these items. We purchased a Iphone from a distributor. We ended up getting phone back due to lack of payment. I have been dealing with apple to try to get it unlocked. I've sent them the Imed numbers, copies of my receipts etc.... they said since it was certified out of the box that it was most likely sold by Verizon to some distributor who sold it to us. They said I would need to get ahold of you and have you send me an email that says it is okay'd by your for them to unlock it for me. I can send you our receipt and the numbers off the phone if you send me an email. Please let me know what I need to do. *Michelle Rudolph - Hometown Sales Lease Store Manager
