Account number **********-******phone number ***-***-******Account suspended for non payment. I went to Walgreens and bought what I thought would be gift cards to pay the past due amount to get service restored. Only to find out the cards I bought are for prepaid services. I have made several calls even sent an email to Executive Leader Rima Qureshi asking for help. I cannot afford to lose ***.**. I have also googled this issue and another lady did the exact same thing for the exact amount in **** and her issue was resolved with a credit on her account. I have reached out to several news outlets as well. I can't continue to be told there is nothing Verizon can do to help me. **I'm asking the Verizon change the way they market your products.**I want the credit to my account.**I need my service for medical reason and for my job.
