I use prepaid. Sent $** to get my balance to $*** to start a fresh ** gig for * months deal. I was able to determine that the new balance was ** gig BUT I never got email confirmation that my "plan was changed". Went to the Verizon Store on **** TX HWY *. He insists that the problem is with my computer. I am currently waiting for an opinion at the Apple store in Its Colony Mall in Sugar Land TX. The mere fact that my wireless IS WORKING HERE IN THE mall is sufficient evidence the problem lies with Verizon service or equipment. What now?
