I switched my phone to trac phone. I I was a verizon wireless prepaid but was not happy with the service. Verizon ported my number over, issued me a refund for the month that I prepaid. But for some reason verizon keeps sending me bills and threatening emails. What is going on? below is the latest email.*Urgent: This is a disconnect warning.**Account ending in *****-*****.*We're sorry to inform you that your service will be permanently disconnected unless the past due balance is paid in full immediately.**If your account is permanently disconnected, you may lose your wireless number and incur additional costs, including any early termination fees. In addition, your credit rating may be negatively impacted.**To avoid permanent disconnection you must pay the past due amount in full using one of these options:*** Sign in to My Verizon.** Visit our secure payment website at vzw.com*PayMyBill.** Call us immediately at (***) ***-******We urge you to contact us immediately so we can find a solution that fits your situation. If you've already made your payment in full, please disregard this email.**How can I resolve this? every Verizon help line tells me that I no longer have a verizon acct and hang up on me. Now you are threatening my credit. What do I have to do? My phone that I switched to trac-phone is ***-***-****.
