I am swallowing a lot of pride writting this email. I recently purchased a jetpack because I lost everything in the fire that destroyed my town of Paradise, CA. I worked for Verizon years ago at the Folsom campus as a *rd level data tech, so when I needed service I went straight to a Verizon store because I believe Verizon is the best and thought that before I was an employee. I'm not looking for free service. I'm willing to pay. I quickly used up my **gb and now my internet is terribly slow because it is throttled down. Is there any way that you can work something out with me because this service is basically useless for what I need to do?
