I have tried to contact Verizon customer support at least * times through their chat room. Every time I was connected to a service representative, I was disconnected from him*her. I was trying to discuss a possible price match for the Samsung Galaxy S* * with the deal from Best Buy for $**.***mo for ** months . Plus I have a promo code to waive the upgrade fees. I want to upgrade Mom's phone with an LG Exalt & get protection plans for both phones. I'm a current Verizon customer ever since ****.
