I have a Samsung Galaxy S*. At the time of purchase I was given a cover for my screen which was put on at the Verizon store by the salesman, Jeremy. A very nice, helpful and polite young man. Recently I dropped my phone and the covering has cracks in it making it hard to use the keys to type. I took the phone to the Verizon store where I got it...Jeremy no longer works there. Spoke to a man who my husband and I literally got into an argument with as he was implying I did not purchase it there as it does not show up on the records he pulled up. This escalated to where I asked for the manager, James Pierce, General Manager, Lady Lake, Fl store. He was giving me the same story. And they both told me to take the covering off leaving my phone screen vulnerable to getting broken. I and my husband have been Verizon customers for at least *-** years, in Illinois, Kentucky and now Florida. I purchased a $*** phone and can NOT get help or any one courteous...my husband is ** and I am **.....we refuse to let people treat us this way. It appears that your "managers" care nothing about long time customers! I tried phoning but after waiting on hold for over ** minutes I gave up.
