This has become a ridiculous amount of time spent money lost and all due to a device that was stolen from my son.i called to report it and the Verizon employee removed the insurance the same evening I called to report it was stolen and she didn’t suspend the service to that phone. I found out the hard way that because she didn’t shut the phone down it never was listed as a stolen phone... therefore I wasn’t able to file a claim even though I’d paid the insurance for the I phone * and my son only had it for a few months. The insurance was removed as well leaving me in a pickle. Since the person was able to get the phone so quickly she accessed a credit card from that device and has been using it for a while. My son was contacted through Facebook a few weeks ago and it wasn’t someone he knew. Her name is Jennifer and she simply wanted Matthew to sign out on HIS OWN PHONE THAT SHE WAS HOLDING so she could continue using it. We found out her uncle apparently got it from another guy. They were willing to meet up with my son and give him the phone back if he paid them $$***.**. I have been with Verizon for ** years straight and I’ve spent at least ** hours on trying to resolve this issue. Every single person who I’ve spoken to who works with Verizon Wireless has told me that they would call me back tomorrow after they had the time to sort out my account and read the notes from April. Not *person kept their word .. My service has been interrupted * times now and the last person I’d talked to said he put a note in my account NOT TO SUSPEND SERVICE that it was going to be a couple of weeks and I’d hear back from Jenny. Four days later my phone are dead. I’ve paid ****.** to your company in two months time and I’m disabled going through a divorce waiting to find out if I have bone cancer and cannot speak to a real person until I paid the first ***.** @ *:** am and the money wasn’t taken from my account right away because i wasn’t seriously overdue on my account. I’m not well and I don’t want anything that I haven’t paid for. I shouldn’t be paying for a new phone when I had just bought one and insured it. It wasn’t an early upgrade as the notes will show. Since I have an attorney available I asked him what he thinks is the right way to settle this immediately. *A. I drop Verizon Wireless and go to some other carrier who is more than happy to pay off the early penalty fees. However that’s not gonna help pay the debt that I owe on the credit cards. It was just a mistake that a human being made that happens to work at Verizon Wireless. I’ve been a part of the successful business that you’re able to use when you spend tons of money to lure new customers to come pick Verizon Wireless. You’ve put a lot of emphasis on the integrity of Verizon Wireless so I’m just a nobody now that you’ve grown into the best of the best and I was one of the little people who stayed with you as you grew your business and it’s not right that I’m exposed to the way you’re training the customer service folks by minimizing how much I’m worth to y’all. This is a ** year relationship. I haven’t asked you to compromise and stop charging me for services that I use. I’m trying to save a relationship with Verizon Wireless instead of just leaving. I’ve invested my time and my energy and a few thousand dollars and I’ll appreciate it if it’s not too much to expect after ** years if there’s someone available to help me utilize the best service that Verizon is so proud of. *Thanks for listening and I can’t wait to See how much Verizon cares about me and my business that I bring to the company every day. *I don’t want a second option. I’m going to trust y’all to do the best you can” I’ve learned a lot about trying to fix it” *when I was told I had a small tumor on my spinal cord and it had to be removed. I couldn’t fix it . Then comes the pain and suffering for four years. I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve been told I have * new lesions in the sacrum in the bone and nobody can fix it. I can ask everyone to pray that it’s not cancer. Cause you can’t fix bone cancer either. Enjoy going to work while you’re able to do it. I’m sorry but someone has said some things that are hard to get out of my mind. You are just f... up and there’s no fixing you. I’m a person not a pick up truck. Hopefully y’all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with those who are near and dear to your heart. ** Joy Flagg
