This is my second contact with customer service about getting a price adjustment on my device. First contact was in app chat ID *****************. I was told to go in store to exchange to get the current price on the phone. Then was told to call to make an appointment since the wait times are so long. When I called the store I was told under no circumstances do they do that outside of the ** day period and to contact customer care to get it sorted and if told to go to a store have customer care call to set up the transaction.
GetHuman1613753 did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless should do to make this right.

Be persistent, I got lucky since it's near the holidays and they let me make the exchange. Always be polite and present your case
