I wait a half hour to speak to a rep about my phone, I called back and spoke with another rep who said “I’m so sorry I will put you on with someone right away”I know how frustrating it can be. After holding on for **mins waiting for the lady who said she she was sorry...was disconnected. Nice way to treat a customer who has been with you over **yrs! I’m so pissed,after working all day I need this to deal with since *:** til now *:**? All I’m trying to do is submit a claim and I’ve been trying for over a week. Unacceptable! Do something because the market is alive with other companies and my money is just as green as anyone else’s. A apology is in order here. No way to treat a customer.
