I tried to purchase a phone online. I have a gift card. There was no place to enter gift card number. I did "Chat". After a while, he had me continue with the order. It submitted the order, but I never applied the gift card. He told me to call Verizon. I keep getting transferred. I have spoken with * people and been disconnected twice. I just want to by a phone and apply a gift card. Also, the gift card should be for $***, but the person chatting said it was fro $**
