I want to transfer a line from my parents plan to my own. I spoke with a person the other day to do so and they got approval from my parents after calling them and sent me a text with a link to complete the process. This link led me to a site where I made a formal request to transfer my line from my parents plan* I received a message stating it was waiting approval from them and would be notified when that occurred. I talked with my parents and when they received the notice email, the link led them to the site which didn't have my line on it to transfer or approve*decline the transfer. Not sure if the transfer is complete or what my new account information is.
GetHuman-nekmari did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless should do to make this right.
