I was disconnected. I called in because yesterday my phone made me select a password (I assume this is a new feature) and I've not been able to use my phone. When I put in the * digit passcode it's not up to disabling me for ** minutes. I tried to put in my thumb print and it tells me that I need to enter the passcode. *The rep I was on the phone was looking into how we can unlock my phone. My phone is used for personal and work. I need this resolved.*Please clear this passcode so that I can try entering a new one. Which I prefer not to have a passcode since I used my thumb print or my * digit password.
