Get the money bk that I was told would be put back after I was assured it would be. I didn't and don't think I should have to pay for the same thing twice in one month. ... I was charged two payments when I first started this service. I've been trying to get my money bk since. I have the personal number of an agent that said he was helping me and now doesn't answer. I have the emails and receipts showing that the money was taken out. I had to do online order which didn't work and the afore mentioned agent took the money directly from my debit card when I called to complain and assured me over and over I'd get my other money bk. I haven't and now my phone is off. All I want is the service BK on. I'm entitled to that since the same amount of **.** was taken from me and never replaced.
I was flat out lied too.
Turning my phone BK on since they owe me the money anyway.
I've paid to keep my phone on even though they owe me.
I thought the person who gave me his number would help and at first he seemed willing to. Now he doesn't answer.
